Meet our Team

 Sebastian has a business degree from Lakeland Community College in Ohio and has a welding degree from Lincoln Electric in Euclid Ohio. After moving to Park City in 2014, he worked maintenance at National Ability Center, before venturing out on his own, creating Gold Standard Property Management. After initially working alongside of his dad, Sebastian is now the owner of the Byler Construction Group. Sebastian and his wife Jenna have 3 children: Ivory, Stella and Wyatt. Family is very important to Sebastian and they enjoy family outings, whether it's an evening walk in the neighborhood or camping, hiking, or exploring for dinosaur bones and fossils. 

Jenna moved to Utah in 2014 with her husband Sebastian. She spent several years working in local schools but obtained her Personal Training License in July of 2020 and her Group Fitness Instructor certification in 2021 and currently works as a fitness instructor in the greater Kamas area. Jenna loves working and talking with people and has joined Byler Construction Group in the Office Manager role and bookkeeping. In her downtime Jenna loves spending time with Sebastian and their three children  frequenting the local gym and going on hikes. 

Terrence began working for BCG back in the summer of 2023. During his time with the company he has found a love for framing. Being able to build something and see the owners love for it brings him joy. When he's not working, Terrence enjoys training for powerlifting. He is an avid powerlifter and has broken 3 state records and 1 national record just in the last year.
